In this 3-part series of networking sessions, practitioners will guide discussion on a variety of topics, including:
- What lessons has your jurisdiction implemented from previous crises?
- How has international arbitration in your current jurisdiction adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic?
- Does COVID present more opportunities (e.g., ease and low cost of joining a virtual hearing) or less (e.g. less mentoring, relationship building due to loss of office contact)?
- How have the past months equipped the international arbitration community to anticipate or deal with future crises?
Each One-Hour Session Includes:
Opening Remarks (10 minutes)
Guided Networking (45 minutes)
Closing Remarks (5 minutes)

You may sign up for more than one session if desired, but to ensure optimal allocation to breakout rooms for networking, we ask that you commit to attend. To promote free discussion, the Chatham House Rule will apply to all networking sessions (i.e., participants are free to share information or views that are discussed during the session, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speakers or of any other participant may be revealed).
